Has anyone ever worked at CCI Systems in iron mountain before ?

By getting involved with as many things as possible. The Ambassador program, leadership courses, co-sitting and or shadowing other departments to see what they do. And how communication between the different groups led to a better customer experience for the cable customer and my customer, which happened to be technical operations

I loved helping my consumers, and doing things that they enjoyed.

I worked for Time Warner Cable .I fell off my truck injured my shoulder and was never able to work again! They had a slick law firm called Unum that cheated me out of my benefits. I was so drugged from the pain I had no idea what was going on! This was about 10 years ago. I am ruined the rest of my life. I heard that Spectrum is worse

It's a company that cares about their employees and customers.

I enjoyed working with people. I was helping to provide a service that was needed. Especially the emergency calls to the Dr or hospital. I did my job with this one thought in my mind and spirit: "What if this was me on the other end of the phone? How would I want to be treated?"

I want to find a job that is good fit for me and that is capable for me to do but I struggle with communicating with others even though I love to help others and I care about people "
