Drama at #CAPNA
Mother got mad at me because she was letting her child run out of the classroom. I had to go get him several times because she wasn't paying attention to him. SO, after the fifth time I took him to her and said, " He's not signed in, so you are responsible for his safety. " she called the home office and said I was rude. I was written up. Yep. Awesome support.

A #stressful #CAPNA day
Rowdy children hitting,, screaming, kicking. You are not allowed to discipline them AT ALL or call their parents. Co workers not helping, they just sit in the floor and brush their hair. The office people have no clue that we go through and come down trying to tell us how we need to deal with these rowdy kids. Yeah. RIght.

My advice to people interested in working at #CAPNA as a #LeadTeacher ...
Stay away. Especially from certain people there. They are toxic and only there to belittle and make themselves look better.

The biggest mistake I made as a #LeadTeacher at #CAPNA ...
Thinking that I was actually making a difference. Using my own money for classroom supplies. That they won't give me back. Trusting that if I go my best, I would be rewarded for it.

What I loved working at #CAPNA
Working with the children.
