My advice to people interested in working at #BuyRiteEquipmentCo. as a #sales/projectmgmt. ...

I would advise them to be sure that they are in concurrence with the company's current marketing/sales direction, as that change in approach was contrary to my method of serving a client and thus proved to be a large part of the reason for my leaving the company.

The biggest mistake I made as a #sales/projectmgmt. at #BuyRiteEquipmentCo. ...

The biggest mistake that I made was to accept that an associate was following through in getting parts prepared for my client's project in a timely fashion, as promised. He had not done so, and I was found at fault for not keeping tabs on his work on my behalf.

The most stressful day was when we had a bill of materials to fill for a client's needs and were experiencing unexpected difficulty in procuring them.

We investigated the client's complaint and found that the information that he was upset at not having received as promised, had been submitted, but was being held by one of his own associates, who had been absent since just after its arrival. He was informed of this and was then satisfied in our actions.

What I loved working at #BuyRiteEquipmentCo.

The opportunity to work with client companies to review and address their needs by eliminating bottlenecks and obstacles in their materials flow and thus provide them the ability to grow and prosper.
