Something I learned at #Build A Bear Workshop ...
I learned how to customize a Guest's experience by asking open ended questions. Their answers led me to the items I felt would enhance their shopping experience. My goal was to make an amazing experience for each and every Guest I encountered
One thing I would have loved to have at #Build a burger was
Appreciation ..I worked there five years ..I was the first one in last one out ..working many hours free and off the clock ..and in five years I never asked for a raise ..and when I finally did and was told couldn't afford I left ..and I will never look back.
What I loved about working at #FrameTechContracting was the attention to producing the most accurately built custom homes. The mind set is highest quality not pure speediness. The training is second to none I've come across in the area.
