I was very pleased that I found a job I'm eager to work at due to how they treat their employees with positive responses

The only thing I loved bout bojangles was the positivity I gave to the young kids working there

The most stressful thing at Bojangles was when they would get super busy from the inside to the outside drive thru.

I communicated with the customers very well and I did my responsibilities very good

If employed through Speedway and you transfer and a new employee use there personal rewards card that they had before transfering and get fired they should not be labeled as non rehirabel cuz it prevents them from going to the restaurant and getting a job. Bojangles needs to give employees 15 min breaks if they smoke and desinated parking spaces for them and secrity camer on the outside of every building and near the parking lots and should make it more friendlier then what it is and cross train all employees and provide traning for thoes who wish to move up to management.

As you probaly know every workplace has a diffent work environment. The Bojangles I worked at had a great work environment all depends how busy, and who is working. Over all it was really good place for a frist job.
