I met a lot of great people. I stayed busy. Nobody liked to stock the coolers so I did them because I worked the overnight shift. #foodservices #customers

I solved a problem @ #BFS(KennedyWarren) when

I was the only Maintenance mechanic / Engineer working on a Saturday , at the same time I was called for a leak in the main lobby ..... water coming down like a waterfall , and at the same time I get called for two kitchen drain back- ups , water everywhere and no hot water in the historic wing , everyone is panicking . First thing I did was called my boss , the head engineer to let him know the situation before he gets any emails or calls , I get the the cleaning crew to take the wet vacs to the two apartments with drain back ups to clean out the water . Then I found out where the bad leak from to the lobby is coming from , I shut the water off , repair the leak , then I go and snake both of the back ups to the kitchens with the k50 , and then I go reset the water heater to the historic wing . Problems solved . Just have to keep calm with a level head and not panic .
