My biggest mistake was failing to secure appropriate coverage for an insured. As soon as I realized my mistake, I corrected it it and convinced the underwriter to issue the coverage back to the original date and in effect protected my customer in the best way possible. I apologized and explained the issue to my client and he was pleased that I had managed to correct my error as soon as I discovered it.

The most stressful day was when my other two Co workers were out ill leaving me and the owners son to handle all the clients

The last time a co worker got angry with me she had me fired. She does d not like that her clients preferred to speak to me as I was quicker to respond and help them.
