It not the people don't want to it the fact that most of those companies will not offer or pay decent salaries especially to hourly workers because they are just to Greedy i really don't understand how the American government can think that $ $15 an hour is a decent living wage when people got to work two or sometime three jobs just to pay Rents there are extremely high in New York and do not even talk about the basic daily needs such as food laundry etc or just paying the electric bill is making you poor it like you work and don't see what you working for everything is absorbed then if you get assistance from the government such a section 8 or food stamps you bring in your paystubs they calculating your income before taxes not even after taxes like the government not taxing everyone and doing nothing with our heart or money other than stuff in their pockets is sure not benefiting the people. In reality if you're not making six figures or have a city or government job then it makes more sense just not to work because the cost of living is just not balanced. And no one is speaking about this or addressing the issue if the government is going to have expensive living didn't match the salaries maybe people will work and see what they really working in pain all those taxes for.

Because they don't feel appreciated or part of something that is important towards a better cause. Mostly in my most recent job I found my self in a skilled position that would eventually be a well paid position. I felt appreciated because of the verbal feedback I received from my supervisors but I ultimately found out that they were verbally appreciative to my face because the work I was accomplishing was not my work to do but it was theirs. I also was not offered full time when I was eligible for it but they bought the contract out from another hiring agency for a more inexperienced and less qualified person that I trained. Needless to say some places of employment are worried about playing favorites with people that benefit them socially. Is that really a place where you would feel like is a part something you would enjoy on a day to day basis?
