A stressful day at Axcelis could be several Customers have a tool that is down not operating due to a part failure or shortage. Next flight out shipments would need to be processed to resolve the problem.

When you work for a big company you would deal with all types of personalities the great place about Axcelis was at the end of the day it was all about the needs of the Customer. Any daily stress would be forgotten at the end of the day.

The people where like family.

Axcelis was an amazing place to work. I was employed for 18yrs. They where a give back company when my Son was in the Marines along with other co-workers we collected personal items that we sent to his troop that was stationed in Iraq. This is just one of many events that employees could give back to there community.
