The stressful moment came but I did not allow iit to cover come me. But the real reality was I was stressed out but could still bring a smile to my face and a few guests.

Drama at #Atlantishotel&Casino
By Boss got angry with me 3 years ago after I explode on her during my mid-year evaluation. One of the department goals was to contribute to a charity Organization quarterly. During the first quarter of 2015. The department agree to purchase bed and bathroom linens that was required by a Kids Nursing Home. After deciding on the $250 budget and a contribution of $15 from each staff all staffs agreed. We set a date to make the delivery presentation to the Kid's Home which had to be put off on two separate occasions because all staffs were not making $15 contribution as agreed. So. After only receiving $89 from only 11 of the 17 staffs I went ahead and paid the remaining balance of $161 out of my personal finds because me Mr. Good guy want to ensure the presentation was made at the Kid's Home before the end of the quarter. No comes my evaluations two months later for charity initiative my score was." did no meet" I asked my boss to explain that for me in details. Her reply was you were not present to make the presentation at the Kid's Home. I looked my boss in the face and say to her I respect you as my superior but you got to be out of your mind. An argument went on and on until her boss the Assistant VP of Operations had to step into the office and informed her is I paid more than half of the contribution how could my score end up with did not meet.when and he the VP signed of on all line staffs as "Met Some" / "Meet All" her reply was again Even Dow Some staff did not contribute financially they show to the presentation.. you know I can go on with this but it was a real drama. But you know the day after that drama it was like nothing never took place with us both because we both were personals.
