Assistant Nursing Home Administrator
I have a potential amazing job opportunity, and I am trying to see if anyone here has ever worked/currently works as an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. I am trying to get some real insight of what the job entails, what you liked, disliked etc. TIA!

Believing that the owner and their district managers had a heart. They don't care about their stylist. Only cared about their numbers.

The biggest mistake was I befriended all my customers and some take advantage of my kindness other than that nothing.

The biggest mistake I ever made while working at rent a center would have to be trusting the management to lead me in the right direction! They don't want anyone to succeed in the company!

Don't do it!! The job is very very stressful and management doesn't help with that any, they only add fuel to the fire! I used to love my job until I was there for a short while and really started to see how things were really ran verses gow they say things operate and how things are to be done and what they expect from you! I was only there for almost a year and the turn over was ridiculous, this includes management turn over as well, they use people until your no longer beneficial to them, then they make up a reason that they no longer need you or push you to your breaking point so that you quit!

I really enjoyed working there. You should be prepared to work. There is alot if cleaning involved which is a good thing and you'll need patience to deal with customers who think a bag full of candy shouldn't cost more than a dollar
