To Err is human yet to remember many discrepancies, out of that One Guest had the room reservations with pre-paid for 3 or 4 nights accommodation paid but I did everything in right but the reason i took his credit card for the extras or miscellaneous payment but due to 100% occupancy , I forgot to make two Folios like 1. Rooms & 2. Extras. Ultimately it was only one bill where guest did not tell anything at check-in time and finally check-out time as guest paid all bills. But after the guest left, he wrote a complained letter to the management why he had paid though he paid in room payment early with a Travel Company Agent. So I got a Warning Letter as a Biggest Lesson during working at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel.

Don't do it. The manager doesn't help out, she makes list after list of this to do but will not help out. She stays on the computer doing nothing or prints out labels all day. She has rules to follow and breaks them all.
