Inktober 2019 Day 25

For today’s Inktober drawing I decided to use today’s prompt word that’s on a prompt list that was created by the Instagram user thegothgremlin. Today’s word is “owl.” I drew this owl using a free tutorial that was created by Thaneeya McArdle and it’s posted on the Art is Fun website. #Inktober #Inktober2019 #ink #drawing #owl #bird

Inktober 2019 Day 24

For today’s Inktober drawing I decided to use today’s prompt word that’s on the Bad Ass Disney Society prompt list that was put online by the Instagram user hanhungsiew. Today’s prompt is Lilo (as in the Disney movie Lilo & Stitch) so I drew Lilo using a drawing tutorial I found at the Easy Drawing Tutorials site. #Inktober #Inktober2019 #ink #drawing #badassdisneysociety #Disney #Lilo #LiloAndStitch

Inktober 2019 Day 23

For today’s Inktober drawing I decided to use today’s prompt word that’s on the Fantasy and Monsters list that was created by the Instagram user carts.reb. Today’s promp word is “gargoyle.” I decided to draw Rochelle Goyle of Monster High, who is the daughter of two gargoyles. This drawing is based on a Rochelle doll that I own. The one thing I really like about this doll is that even though she is made from vinyl, this doll’s skin is colored in such a way that suggests that she’s made from a large stone or cement. I think that’s a cool touch. #Inktober #Inktober2019 #ink #drawing #doll #MonsterHigh #Rochelle #RochelleGoyle #gargoyle

Consistently check your GPS.

I have a friend who does mural art on motorcycles. He is a really great artist but is experiencing stress while looking for a job to support his family. I asked him just recently how many clients he would need to make $8,400 monthly. (I picked that number because it’s right around the 6 figures a year mark) he told me 4, then a light went on in his mind. He had been so focused on getting a job he forgot the goal was money.

We must always consistently check our trajectory to ensure we are headed toward our true goals. Once you find your true North you can go all in for your dream and get results swiftly, but when we are trying to do things that are not in alignment with our true desires, we experience consistent failure. This failure is a nudge to get back on track and don’t give up. Some of us aren’t having luck with our daily endeavors for the simple reason we are being divinely protected against the wrong path. If you feel like you are hitting your head on the same wall, it’s time for a new game plan. One that supports who YOU are and who YOU want to be!

“Be the hero of your story!”

I GOT THE JOB

First day from completing my orientation yesterday and today I am training working in a group home with Artistic individuals. I almost gave up trying BUT I kept faith and was always motivated due to the fact of having my two girls. I want to say Thank You to the whole Jobcase staff and I appreciate everyone working with me to find a job/career.
