Finding out your job was going to being taken over by a Printer. Dealt with it and moved forward.

Communicate with others to find out what caused the problem and took measurements to try an make things work better for all.

The people, and I was able to transition Warehouse as they were changing from a stock that we purchased (500 Items down to about 80 or so) to a new printer that made the new item. It was a continuous battle as we rolled into the phase slowly, and it took help from everybody, from Purchasing, Receiving, Material Handling down to the Operators and Shipping Department. Hard to explain but it was a satisfying job. I have a nice Letter of recommendation from Apex.
