It was a customer that came into the store to raise heck, and I tried to calm her down , I don't remember what the problem was. I offered in store credit , and she just wouldn't take it & left.

When the electricity goes out , and there are at least 100 customers holding for help, and all you can do is take messages to call them back when computers come back on.

Probably not typing fast enough . It was alot of data input.

Working @ AFW was a great job, I learned so much about furniture . Jake is a good person to work for. I also enjoyed speaking to so many customers . Great benefits & pay & staff.
