By being all round man , a man of all seasons

Generally by being a team player, that is to say; By working with & for everyone in different departments . E.g _ accounts section by moving files to banks ,auditors ,lawyers etc. _administration department, by running erandsand checking mails. _production department, by coordinating the teams , the technician _ operators communication and transporting them at night and late hours.

To freely work at Agroways because there are a lot of activities that can expose someone to day to day life. And generally when it comes to agro- business, it is a place to be.

This was when I went to erand for the MD, in stanbic bank ,I left before calling him as he had instructed me.

The stressful moment ,was when I used to be called on short notice, late in the night and covering up other team members in different departments.

I contol my temper and follow working ethics & company rules. And on the side of customer, I just have to let him/her the company standards above all a customer is the boss.

Agrowys, for the 8 years I have been here, has developed mentally by exposing me to deferent places ,offices and people, banks ,engineers etc. I have also developed economically, hence managing my family and providing education to eldest daughter who will be joining university , the year 2019
