The boss who made the most impact on me was extremely intelligent and assumed that I was also. He gave me responsibilities without questioning whether I was competent to discharge them, and I was, much to my delight.

The hardest part when our clients are affected by reports connected to large data vendors like TruBridge is the lack of transparency.
When something is wrong in a report, it’s often very difficult to find where the data actually came from, who controls the update, and why a correction didn’t flow through the system. That gap is usually what makes fixing errors slow and frustrating for consumers.

Interview practice: How would you answer this interview question? "You are given a task that you know could be done more efficiently, but it is how things have always been done. What would you do?

Ask a supervisor and explain how you could possible do it an easier way but would still prefer doing it as it has been done before.

I would call support to assist in special circumstances we want to accommodate loved ones but also foster a safe environment where rules are respected

Listen to the callers issue, allow time for them to speak then discuss a resolution.
