NOTHING!!!!! The district manager is a joke. The effort you put in is never enough, nor is it appreciated! They offer bonuses, but set the goals so high that it's almost impossible to reach?

The most stressful days there is EVERY DAY the gossip, rumors, work, and employees don't know how to respect customers or other employees. Always in a bad mood, and always angry about everything I guess cause they had to get up and show up to work.

The drama is VERY BIG at Advance America and always have something, some where or another never stops. If something happens in a 1 store boy oh boy the phone lines are hot. Even if it a private conversation oops wrong it will be out there. There is NOTHING private in this company. If you want to stay out of the gossip and trouble best thing DON'T say nothing to no one that works there cause the WHOLE company will know. There are NO FRIENDS there just back stabbers, liars, and etc...

Customers they are wonderful and I really miss them very much.

The biggest mistake I made was investing too much time and not being advanced when requested.
