NEVER!!! Too many UNJUST issues to list; EXTREMELY POOR LEADERSHIP, RACIAL DISCHORD, VERBAL ABUSE (DIETER STEINHOFF/and...especially from the disgustingly profane and DISRESPECTFUL mouth of ROBIN MEADOWS)!

I got politely laid off, DISMISSED UNDER THE GUISE OF CAMOUFLAGE by a MOST DECEITFULLY TREACHEROUS (ROBIN MEADOWS).Because I politely asked a question in regards to money during a company meeting.

My most stressful day at "AUSCHWITZ", was when someone under (RENALDO CORPUZ) direction placed a foriegn cardboard box 16"×12" in scale adorned with the picture of a CHIMPANZEE dressed in a white dress shirt and suspenders, smiling whilst proudly holding it's head high, and thumbing said suspenders.There are just too many racial atrocities exercised on a daily by REYNALDO CORPUZ and his Filipino minions to list, and THE FRONT OFFICE remained most CONSCIOUS AND WELL-AWARE of the many occuring practices against THE MEN OF COLOUR.Both, the Owner (DIETER STEINHOFF), and managerial secretary (ROBIN MEADOWS) when informed of said practices...ALWAYS LISTENED WITH DEAF EARS.Another young African American gentleman was blatantly called a "PORCH MONKEY" by a newly employed Filipino employee, and when he complained...HE WAS FIRED.There has also been moments of SEXUAL HARASSMENT towards a female office staff member, and another female welder, BOTH FIRED when they complained.

I will NEVER FORGET those SOLDIERS IN THE STRUGGLE that I sadly had to leave behind with my polite (lol) camouflaged dismissal.I was merely made an example of, cut and dry.Nevertheless...LIFE GOES ON.

I was hired for my mig welding skills.Alas, I had no idea of the racial malice and abuse that was practiced and daily exercised therein.It is NOTHING LESS THAN A LABOR CAMP! I endured and tolerated the abuse for nearly 4yrs at the request of my immediate family. Because of my voice when I decided enough was indeed enough...I WAS LAID OFF.

Much division betwixt the races of Filipino, African American, and Caucasian. Low wages for the many timely, and dangerous daily tasks having to be performed on a daily.Blatant disrespect towards any and everyone that thought as an individual and outside of the box in regards to better management and productivity on the shop floor.Racial disharmony, and discrimination.Verbal harassment and the constant threat of termination if any illegal and unsafe work procedures and practices were spoken upon, etcetera.The company is owned and run by a TRUMP STYLE DICTATOR, and EVERYONE must bow their heads before speaking, and MUST ALWAYS PRAISE the Owner (DIETER STEINHOFF) Vice President (MIKE IRELAND),most foul mouthed and disrespectful managerial secretary(ROBIN MEADOWS), and the outright RACIST PRODUCTION FOREMAN...(REYNALDO CORPUZ).If you are not of the Filipino race, YOU ARE TREATED AS A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN.I wouldn't recommend neither business, nor employment with that company to my worst enemy!
