Low wages for the many timely, and dangerous daily tasks having to be performed on a daily.Blatant disrespect towards any and everyone that thought as an individual and outside of the box in regards to better management and productivity on the shop floor.Racial disharmony, and discrimination.Verbal harassment and the constant threat of termination if any illegal and unsafe work procedures and practices were spoken upon, etcetera.The company is owned and run by a TRUMP STYLE DICTATOR, and EVERYONE must bow their heads before speaking, and MUST ALWAYS PRAISE the Owner (DIETER STEINHOFF) Vice President (MIKE IRELAND),most foul mouthed and disrespectful managerial secretary(ROBIN MEADOWS), and the outright RACIST PRODUCTION FOREMAN...(REYNALDO CORPUZ).If you are not of the Filipino race, YOU ARE TREATED AS A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN.I wouldn't recommend neither business, nor employment with that company to my worst enemy!
