Generally you have to work well with people, and be able to lift full boxes of sauce and other items, boxes of food and mixes, follow food safety regulations, correctly take orders, memorize orders when on table to correctly make them, and have a basic understanding of making change. However, no previous experience is necessary and all training is provided as you work and gain the ability to do new positions based on your age.
