Enough relevant experience

Soy TSU en Relaciones Industriales

College great foundation for careers however I chose to enter the military

Depends. In a highly technical area like the physical sciences, a degree. Few companies are willing to take on a nuclear engineer without a degree. The exception to that is military service. I have a friend who’s son joined the Air Force and is in trade school for cybersecurity. After his enlistment is over, he’ll have a career inside or outside the military.

Experience is a treasure, but if you don't have a degree, employers will not open the door for you, because knowledge is the foundation, experience is the process of accumulation during work. Just like when you build a house, if you don't have a good foundation, the house will not be sustainable.

Ok

Yes

Relevant experience because it is good for that field to get started pretty quickly

Education
I would choose enough relevant experience also! I personally have a college degree because years ago my answer would have been that, a degree. However since earning that degree and learning the hard way that a degree and no real experience is basically useless and has in fact got me much much farther in debt and still chasing careers that pay nothing, have nothing to do with that degree or any others and being passed over each and every time I apply for a job in which my degree is relevant and I am constantly seeing and hearing that those who are getting the best overall positions can be both classically and self educated but they all have relevant experience and those who don't are being overlooked and not given the chance to prove there worth ... company want the guarantee and they don't want to take a chance... Personally I think this practice sucks cause some of us could turn out to be an asset maybe even the next big thing but will never get the chance ....
