I definitely would rather have my co-workers feel like my family because they will have my back and I can do a good job and eventually make more money because of them.

For one thing your question is definitely a hypothetical because let’s face it in today’s society the bosses don’t promote getting along they promote working faster harder, Completing the task at hand. and there comes the more money. But to me because I’m older I guess getting along with your fellow workers is very important I see too much of the dog eat dog in today’s society very sad it’s not gonna get anybody anywhere in the long run
Money. Let that support system find out you got a raise, Or get a promotion. They change up real fast.
What do you mean by "AMAZING" co-workers? That's like saying "great roommate," which is an oxymoron - because nobody really wants a roommate, of course!
Admin Assistant usually works in office setting. The main goal is to reduce stress on the employer by performing duties that will reduce their overall daily responsibilities. Assistant must be timely, accurate and detail orientated. Must be able to adapt to different situations the drop of a hat and eventually get to know their client well enough to perform many duties without being asked.
Money
The coworkers that are supportive . I am currently in a position where my coworker doesn’t communicate but when she does it’s always nasty . I am supposed to read her mind . Blames me for everything . Gave my 2 weeks .
