It just depends on minimum wage where you live. Some of the crew members are almost making as much as some managers. Raises happen regularly. I have worked for almost 2 years with them and am making 4 more dollars than since I started.

As of recently (2021) base pay for Team Members is 11$ an hour. The most they’ll pay you is 12.50$ an hour but the only way you will obtain that kind of pay is if you’ve had previous work experience or your working a specific kind of shift, such as closing. However by the end of 2022 Taco Bell is talking about raising minimum pay to 15 an hour for Team Members. As of right now no, there are better paying jobs that’ll let you work less however once they raise minimum pay for Team members it’ll be worth it. Now if you’re applying for manager positions that’s different they obviously get payed more and pay for managers differ depending on location at least that was how it was for my store.
