Driver at Transcare

In truth it depends on the parameters, it wouldnt be a job I kept though. If my pto started at like 20 an hour there is no reason i couldnt get another job and work both. Lets say i got another job at 15 an hour thst wiuld be 35 an hour total for 40 hours. I would do something like that

No, because what changes about the cost of living/economy because I take time off? I put myself in a much bigger bind with accepting a lesser pay amount. Let’s hope the reason I’m taking off, in the first place, is a sensible one!

Absolutely!! I would work long enough to get health insurance and then simply take off. The description never said that you wouldnt be paid while "off". ;)

No, I had a situation like this at my job last year. It essentially mean I wouldn't get paid at all even though I had doctor's notes for on going acid reflux issues.

My father once worked in management and he said that I wasn't going to get paid.

So, the HR Director was surprised that I figured it was best to just part ways with the company.

Yet, the HR director expected me to continue working without any pay whatsoever.

Interestingly enough, the HR Director left himself after I left the company.
