This is where management to step in. Not everyone takes in I formation the same. Finding out how to present an issue or new policy depends, on how it's as they say televised. Making sure to extinguish, the missu derstanding by holding a meeting, answering question. To better understand how to incorporate it for u derstanding with each I dividual person.

Put it on blast!!! The worst thing you can do is allow this to continue. If you do not act, this will become an accepted train of thought. In an email (or publicly the next meeting) explain why there is an issue AND provide a solution. If you are afraid they won't listen or there will be retribution it is time to find another job.
