Major question- has anyone been getting call backs?
Detailed question- I am curious how people have applied for numerous jobs and haven't received a single call or interview? I have applied about to 80 places received one interview and during that I got looked up and down by the manager, waited and another 30mins and then got told the position was filled.
I am very curious of everyone's experiences right now.
Please and thank you for your input.
History- I lost my job to the pandemic5/20 and then 1/21had a baby. Now trying to get back to work to feed all these kiddos. God bless! Stay strong and don't waiver! Right now it the time we need to stay strong. #interview #followup #advice #jobsearch #application

But to add to that there are still a lot of Great Companies hiring just need to know who they are and do your research

Wow ! Sorry to hear what you are going thru. But I’m having similar troubles- 2- 4 reply’s back after at least 100 inquiries. If they do reply it is a straight commission job and/or using your own vehicle , phone , computer for business. So I’m thinking most of these are scams or business trying to take advantage of others in bad times.

Thank you everyone for all the support and kind words. God bless Update I had good interview today! Wish me luck

we still need stimulus pay every month.

Did you work at Libbey Glass?

If your not getting interviews it’s probably your resume. If your getting interviewed but not getting the job then you should work on your interviewing skills. Also, business dress is always best for an interview. I would also delete the portion of this post that discusses your children. You want your interviewer to see and connect with you. During the interviewing stage you don’t need to volunteer any of that information.
