What part of your experience do you feel gets overlooked most?

My real life experience I could run circles around. "Chefs" right out of culinary school who were given a chef coat . I Earned mine from dishes to sous from trash cans to overhead . From putting the trucks away to ordering the trucks

How would you answer this interview questions: "Share an example of trusting your instincts at work"?

Working with Halliburton where your all action and behaviour been monitored and A code of business Conduct applied if you have any negative instinct’s

Yes me too 😁

What’s one small win you’ve had during your job search?

I helped a company redefine their organization to be more efficient during an interview. Unfortunately it pushed my out of the job. Luckily I received another reference from them because of my willingness to help them evolve.

None after bout 8 months

How do you get around an AI filter?
My resume, even when shortened to a one-pager, is consistently kicked out on an overqualified basis. I've gone so far as to customize it for job specific applications yet my skillset is intimidating. How do you get past this without looking like you're less than you are?

Why are you playing games?

I have had the same problem my skill set and work ethic intimidates people. A lot of coworkers took me the wrong way and thought I was trying to make them look bad or I was after there job. So you gain some haters but the good ones will come around. I agree stay true to yourself regardless, but stay humble as well. The ones saying your over qualified might not be a good fit anyway. The right one will (never as quickly as we like it to).

What’s the strangest interview question you’ve ever been asked?

Ask me anything no matter what the question is just ask me speak freely

How would you answer this interview questions: "Describe a time you influenced a decision without formal authority"?

I used to boost morale just by being upbeat and positive. Clap and tell everyone we got this!!

In my previous role, we were seeing repeat customer complaints about a specific connectivity issue. The standard guidance was to escalate these cases, but that often led to long wait times and frustrated customers. I wasn’t in a supervisory role and couldn’t change the official process, but I felt there was a quicker way to resolve many of these cases at first contact. I started tracking patterns in the tickets I handled and noticed that a large percentage shared the same root cause. I documented the steps I used to resolve those cases successfully and shared the data with my team lead, focusing on how it reduced call time and repeat contacts. I also informally walked a few teammates through the approach during quieter shifts and asked for their feedback, adjusting the steps based on what worked best for them. My team lead agreed to pilot the approach. During the trial, first-call resolution improved and escalations dropped. The steps were later added to our internal troubleshooting guide. I think the key was focusing on customer impact and efficiency, rather than positioning it as a process change I wanted personally.

What’s the worst job-search ‘surprise’ you’ve run into?

Presently while there appear to be no opportunities in my primary avocation in my general area. I have never seen an opportunity like this before

3 Interviews for a Company and no call back - they wasted my time and quite frankly I find that very rude and unprofessional...

How would you answer this interview questions: "Tell me about a time you had to think on your feet"?

When my co-worker has a full blown seizure at work on a Saturday when we are typically closed and it's you and them? Quick thinking and instincts were correct.

Well while workings as a data entry specialist, I was once tasked with submitting a large report to management on a tight deadline. Halfway through, I realized that some of the source data was missing due to a system error, and if we didn't find a solution quickly, the report would be delayed. Immediately reviewed the available data, identified a way to crosscheck and fill the missing information from other files, and reached out to a colleague to verify the numbers while I continued compiling the report. I stayed calm and focused, prioritizing what needed to be done first. Because I acted quickly and efficiently, we submitted the report on time with accurate data. Management appreciated the proactive approach, and the process I suggested was later used to prevent similar issues in the further.
