What should I know before an interview at Kroger?
Tell them you will be an asset to the job. That your a team player. Customer service is just not a job that you apply these examples to your personal life treating everyone with respect .Listening to the customers as to what they need to make it a great experience and get it done to the best of your ability. Also if you cannot answer the questions the customer may have you will contact team members to make sure any questions or problems are resolved. It takes team work, patience and kindness we are all going through struggles and so much as a Hello, how are you can change a customer's attitude along with a smile!!!!!!
