Depends which one Stroudsburg store has poor management

The ShopRite store has bad management in Stroudsburg

Autozone is a great place to work if you like long hours. Unexpected overtime and mistrained team leads.

AutoZone isn't all it's cracked up to be. It has double standards that needs to be addressed. The southern district of AutoZone is the worst district to work in because its not about the customers and they don't follow the AutoZone pledge. There are issue that need to be addressed on a corporate level. Their are violations that affect the rights of employees and should be deeply addressed. If you have excellent customer service and believe in what you do then AutoZone is not the place. Until these issue with AutoZone are address and dealt with them I would not suggest AutoZone to anybody.

If your a general merchandise manager like I was the hardest part is keeping up with inventory. You have to keep the outs filled. You have to cover the whole store and be able to take care of the customers at the same time.

The biggest challenge for me was speaking up when something wasn't right.

If Costco doesn't have an open position for you right now, don't worry. Keep an eye on their career page for future openings.
