It's been Many years since I worked there but I feel safe assuming these important tidbits are still true; Yes!! Dress nicely/professionally! You will be representing Them!! NO record of any kind, there's plenty of competition w/ clean records!!(Theft & shoplifting are a main concern for them) Young people!! The internet IS forever!!(Stop posting about your antics & personal activities!!) Be prepared to work your butt off, they'll be watching and don't pay you to stand around! It can also get Very busy. Punctuality and Reliability are absolutely Critical(someone can't leave til you get there!!) Obviously you need a pleasant personality and Patience with difficult customers("how would you handle..?" is Probably on the application. Have flexible availability!! You can usually "switch" shifts with mngr permission, or you can find someone to cover for you...if you've been friendly and helpful to them. Again, it's been a Long time since!! But I enjoyed it and they treated employees well & fairly. Bonus, usually part of a mall so it's ez and convenient to grab food/errand on your break. Hope this helps and best of luck!!
