My last job fired me for no reason this a bunch of kids and and when I went to follow Unemployment, they lied to me and said something crazy when I told corporate it wasn’t true but at that point it doesn’t really matter I guess me and the manager budget heads. It was just 20 year-old managers in and out. I mean, it must seem between the 20 of them come and go so apparently with the state you have to have a job in order to get unemployment and you have to have money in order to get food stamps. I’m not understanding that contradictory and I have no kids so and single so I’m just kind of screwed with the two felonies on my record like what am I gonna do?

Does anyone know where I can get a job with two felonies on my record and what the time or statue of limitation is on that?

In my previous employment my manager was much younger than me. After her and my son ran around together for a couple of months and that stopped i started having problems at work. There were 2 owners that all decisions went through and it all became very complicated. I was demoted without any conversation about it until I asked for one. I was told that nothing had really changed except for the label by my name then a few months later after letting my manager know I had found black mold in the air conditioners I was let go with a phone call on my day off. I was told it was because I was acting differently. I always worked hard, never called in actually went above and beyond, it makes me ill to think about it. I put on my applications I would be happy to discuss at interview. How much should I tell? Im just not sure how to sum sum up everything that happened.#termination #advice
