Superintendent For The Los Angeles Region Commercial Hvac Company at Ldi Mechanical Inc

How do I use my past experiences as a Assistant Superintendent to land a job as a Assistant Superintendent?

I was an excellent Superintendent for a multi million dollar HVAC Company in my last job until I hat to undergo spinal surgery that led to a very long recovery which resulted in the company being unable to keep my position open, which I understand since for me from a business standpoint it made sense. I became a commercial HVAC Superintendent without any knowledge of the trade which made no difference because the concept of Supervising is the same regardless of the trade, however in 6 months I had more knowledge than individuals with 8 and 10 yrs experience. #application #interview #jobsearch #advice #determination

Do you use a cover letter? Send a cover letter with your application, spot lighting your experiences and how you can be a great access to their company. In other words, sale yourself that they could never go wrong hiring you to their team. Make sure the qualification mentioned is also mentioned on your resume/application. I learned that companies use a computer system to pick the best candidates. This computer system picks candidates by the experiences mentioned in their resumes.
