Job for person with Anxiety

I want a job where I don’t really talk to customers. Like a fastfood place just gets me anxious. Ive worked at packaging bottles and it’s killing me( all the movements) I just cant deal with people THAT much. So what do you recommend me? I’ve thought about cleaning houses that kind of stuff where I’ll just be cleaning with no interruptions and be alone for the most part. But I don’t have a car. #jobsearch #teenjobs #Housekeeper #parttime #entrylevel #WarehouseJob

Andrea Fregoso I think it's good to have a balance of social interaction, especially when you have anxiety. The jobs you look for may not be customer-facing positions but you should also make sure you would have the option for socialization or you may tend to feel isolated and more anxious as a result. Housekeeping is a great, balanced option socially, however, there is a lot of physical work related to this type of job, including bending and lifting. If you enjoy the company of dogs I would definitely look into dog walking/sitting services like Rover. Basically you get paid to walk and care for people's dogs while they're away, which shouldn't burden you socially or physically while being overall a therapeutic and fun experience! Hope this helps!
