How does Walmart treat their employees?

I had a great experience. It's all in what you bring also

The Walmart I work there treat you accordingly

Like trash

I was treated with respect. I was treated like I was one of the family. Though I worked through a temp agency. I was treat very well.

The Walmart i worked. They treated me and some associates horrible 😪

They treat associate like caged animals

I worked at the home office for 15 years, it all depends on the relationship you have with your manager. For the first 14 years I was lucky, I had great managers in every department. Then I transferred to Logistics. Worst move I ever made. The manager, department, personnel everything about it was horrible.

Employees do not count at walmart

it depends on the Walmart you work at , all walmarts are different, mines was a horrible experience
Walmart has a mixed reputation when it comes to employee treatment, with some employees reporting positive experiences while others have raised concerns about low pay and working conditions. It's important to research and consider various perspectives before deciding to work there.
