Why is my at pua not letting me file weekly claims now I did the I’d verification an was paid Jan 27 now it says file week an then automatic says view info an that says not eligible for week to file for reg ui or peuc benefits does anybody know why?

Mine did the same thing when I tried to do my back claims starting with week ending Jan 2. So all my back claims say the same thing as yours. I called and the lady was able to process my claim over the phone. My stupid butt tried to claim it online again last week and the same thing, not eligible. Still waiting on it to be resolved so I can file all my back pay. What doesn't make sense is that I handed in my denial letter for reg ui last year, collected PUA last year, my claim says approved so how could I be eligible for reg ui or PUEC.
