Kohl's National Hiring Day is October 3rd, from 10a - 3p, (local time).

Kohl’s splits its seasonal jobs into two categories:

• 1 - In-Store Jobs - These positions require basic math and technological skills, legible handwriting and an ability to carry 50 pounds. Otherwise, they’re entry level though some customer service experience is preferred.

• 2 - Distribution Jobs - Distribution jobs include warehouse and loss prevention associates. As a warehouse worker, you’ll need the same basic qualifications as in-store positions, but the job is more physically demanding. Loss prevention jobs require a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include a background in a loss prevention, law enforcement or distribution center role and knowledge of Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft software.
