Harry & David is looking to fill hundreds of seasonal positions including;

Sales Specialist

• Taking inbound phone calls from our customers and inputting their orders into the order entry system.

Sales & Service Specialist

• Processing Order Entry calls, taking Internet Helpline calls, and Inbound Customer Service calls.

COM Blended Specialist

• Blended Agents receive Customer Service Training and Outbound Sales training and are responsible for taking all inbound calls as a Customer Service Associate and for making Outbound calls to our established customers to offer specials and discounts.

Minimum Experience Requirements to Qualify:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Applicant must successfully pass classroom training and meet all performance expectations.
• Exceptional sales ability; must be able to enthusiastically motivate customers to purchase products and/or services.
• Knowledge of computer based-systems, Internet and Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Good verbal and written skills required.
