WHEN WILL THEY GET BACK TO ME???
I was checking out at Walmart, and just before I left I asked a ginger-headed girl, "Do you know if Walmart is hiring?" She hesitated, and replied, "I'm not sure. I think we are, but if we are, and you want to apply here, keep filling out your application to keep yourself at the top of the list. There's usually like a slim amount of people that get hired here. So the manager will take in a HUGE group of people and put them to work, and then it starts all over again the next day." I just filled out. . . 3-4 applications with different positions added to my requested positions, but I'm not sure if the manager will make the call to me any time soon. What should I do next? Wait? #walmart #advice #interview #hired #jobsearch

Swift Hawk it will happen, sounds like you have to take the initiative. That I know you can do. You write wonderfully, never let that talent whither. I believe in you and your spirit, it is important that all employers see the true you,Ford

I would keep following up on your applications @Stormfrost ....! Just give them a call in a few days and let them know you recently applied! They'll appreciate your dedication and hopefully see what a creative, hard worker you are! 🤍💚

@Swift hawk I saw this quiestion on Jobcase and thought you might know the answer as you have gone through the Walmart hiring process: https://www.jobcase.com/questions/7d14cabe-29d1-4119-b437-85d399e581f8

Check your local store for Job fares

Walmart has been hiring for management and they are willing to send you to school for it I heard and the position pays over 100K a year. Just what I heard.
Go back in, show your face, ask about the status of your application, ask to speak to a team lead and ask if they pulled your application. That's what I did and five minutes later I got an invite to schedule an interview. After they interview you they send any correspondence through your Workday application profile, including job offers. Make sure all your information is correct. If you want to work there you really have to be proactive.
