I find that the hiring process today is impersonal and not informative on prospective employees. But yet the company wants you to be personable, informative and a team player when they do not exhibit these qualities while going through the hiring process themselves. RUDE IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT, but yet your staff in the so called Human Resource Dept. IS RUDE AND CRUDE in the hiring process of anyone and everyone.
