I’ve heard that having an ATS friendly resume helps a lot when applying, but there’s no real guarantee. It’s really a mix of how you present yourself on social media, job boards, and your CV. I've applied at many places for different positions like cashier & shift manager & security guard or food service last job applied for was at the hospital for taking food trays to inpatiences had phone interview last month never did hear back from them also had in person interviews and only a few emailed saying they decided to go with another person or they don't reply back saying job was filled I'm begining to think that they don't want to hire someone who's at retirement age cause they want the younger generation and not someone who's very well experienced in cashier or other job but then month or so I go online and see the same job opening which I had thought it was filled
