It's tough to get a face to face interview these days but if you can pull it off I always feel it's better to meet people IN PERSON.

If you are able to walk in to register and ask to speak to a recruiter in person, that will give you an advantage. Most locations have desktops you can use to take their assessments and register. Don't be shy!
