Please note, even if your resume is world class, they may not ask you your date of birth, but they will ask what year you graduated high school and then they know. They also will ask where you see yourself in 5 years, I am HR degreed and learned little tricks that are used to seek the age of the applicant. If possible, do not put the year you graduated high school. Companies will say they do not discriminate, but they do and when they ask you where you see yourself in 5 years tell them management level.
