Volkswagen Ramps- Up Production Hiring!
Beginning Sept. 4, Volkswagen will accept applications for production positions at the Chattanooga, TN plant.

Applicants must have at least 3 combined years of experience in manufacturing, automotive mechanics or automotive repair including assembly, welding, heavy equipment and machine operation.
The Company will hire primarily for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The starting hourly pay for those shifts is $20 p/hour, or $23.20 p/hour including 16% bonus, with wage progression.
Starting wage for 1st shift is $18.50 p/hour, or $21.46 p/hour. Volkswagen employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental plans, life insurance and retirement savings.
Positions will be open in many areas of the plant, including Body Shop, Assembly, Paint, Quality and Logistics. Production team members will assemble automotive parts and operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced, high-tech production environment.
