The GF Matt was awesome they cared about there employees and then we got a new project manager Sheila Gates messed it all up lied to us and had everyone turning on each other

Going to the smoke House to wrap up the BBQ, since everything was slowly down and everything was caught up. While I had three new rookie and they had left the kitchen with no one running nothing.

When the entire team either called in or switch jobs and left me in the kitchen with one employee to help all day. I already been working 9-9 all week and I was only 17 years old at that time two years ago.

One agreement that we share with everyone is to keep all personal problem at home. If anyone have a problem with anyone, then the whole team will be reasonable to sovle that problem

Getting to meet and train so many amazing employees over the years.That ended up building a special bond between everyone, also the great communication skills.

The managers are by FAR the BEST I have EVER WORK FOR INN 23 YEARS!!!!!!
