Something I need to get out..

There’s a lot of passion of what the work ethics can do even your dream it can stream your up&downs now I just want to find a direction that I’m comfortable with & not to have that since of doubt of my appearances you don’t know how much you can take from personal life’s with striving to receive work life to build more on your characteristics from your persona to show that I’m fine really it’s a path to real see what’s the strength that you have from your soul not to fold something I need to get out the way to actually feel comfortable during a interview instead of discomfort of the judgement to see your will iets process to encourage that’s the vision can be true to feel great I want to work & actually get some where of doing what I love being stable to its concession of techniques I can have the ability to learn & success. Who actually won’t make me feel miserable on to keep striving with strength

Be the best that you can be.

In my lifetime I have found that no matter what position I have held, I have been the most happy when I have given my all. When you give your all, when you give the best of yourself you are happy and that shines through in your personality. This sets you up for success.

Always go above and beyond

No matter the project or your job title you always go above and beyond even if you don't get recognition for it. You leave your home at home and work at work!!

Customer service requires you actually help the customers

Customer service requires you to help the customer on a personal level you should not have to focus on metrics as much as you should be focusing on helping the customer you are dealing with. When helping somebody whether it be on the phone or in person you need to be empathetic of why this person needs your help you need to relate to them on a personal level and then you need to help them with their issue you need to ask probing questions as well. Ultimately your goal is to provide the best customer service possible to do this your focus has to solely be on helping this customer. What I don't understand is why companies like the previous one I work for would put people in a position where they are more focused on their metrics rather than helping the customer this can provide bad service it can also cause the employee to become stressed as to what they are doing right and what they're doing wrong. At this point the employee believes at the only thing that matters is his numbers or her numbers and this should not be the case.

What I loved working at #Thepanpacifichotelmanila

I love working in a pacific hotel manila because there are things they have taught me that nothing and I have not seen in my old jobs and groups I've been in.they taught me with fellowship and humility and did not boast beyond your position or rank in a company to be fair and good to everyone whether it is a low class or a high-class worker always listen to everything. always ask if you can not understand and do not know your work to reflect on the welfare of others in the absence of incorrect ways to work, always love what you are doing love and importance, so that others can express your love for your work, and here in panpacific each other's status is not merely a worker, they consider a family. everything here helps us to fix the problems no matter what happens and they're together they face any weight of work

Unhireable

I've been out of work since the end of November & have been completely unsuccessful at retaining employment since. Why? I'm not rehireable at two of my former employers. I fully acknowledge that my work ethic wasn't great in the past, but if someone would give me a chance to prove myself, I know I could do better. I have mental health issues (anxiety, depression, PTSD), so I'm thinking prospective employers have caught wind of that and don't want to"waste their time" on someone like me. The harder I try, the more I fail.

My advice to people interested in working at #LawOffice as a #LitigationParalegal ...

You must be meticulous, pay close attention to your work performance/task, have everything either verified/confirmed in writing, including but not limited to tasks given by your employer or supervisor. Ultimately, you must have a thick skin to work..with many lawyers. If you like what you do, just like in any other area, when you strive you WILL succeed. Most Importantly, don't take things to heart.
