Sad to read this article stat.. What do you think - have you had an experience like this? How did you fix it? What would you suggest to jobcasers who find themselves in a similar situation? http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-work-conditions-20170814-story.html

The hardest part of working as a #Maintenance at #Trelleborg

Dealing with management. And the fact that it is the hottest place to work during the summer. Miserably hot. I would not recommend anyone work for the wheel systems division in Spartanburg SC.

Conflict...with my boss!!

What do you guys do when you’re having a coworker conflict, but with your boss? Reason why I ask is that this is my first job in the healthcare field, so I have no idea if this is normal or not. My boss is super demanding and doesn’t say a lot of nice things to me. Not like I need my hand held or anything, but he’s called my ideas “stupid” and has even told me that he can’t stand listening to me talk. Sooooo...what should I do?

Senior vs Millennial coworkers

Here’s a question for everyone out here. Do you see your senior coworkers and millennial coworkers fight with each other? I work in customer service, and it seems like my youngest employees are trying to overdo everything, while my senior employees focus more on titles and get annoyed when younger employees try to step it. It’s creating serious conflict in my workplace. Does anyone else see the same thing?

Working with a diva

I’m on a super small sales team, which you’d think would a good thing, right? Well it’s not, because I work with the biggest diva in the world. He thinks he’s sooooo important to the company that he can’t be bothered doing stuff he considers to be beneath him. He also talks down to me in a way that just makes me see red. The ego is huge on this guy, and it’s driving me nuts!

tried 3 jobs. one in Milford was just "disgusting". DIRTY! the other was standing in one position and it was hard on back and hips. As a former Q.A. I was surprised when labels coming out wrong, were sent any way. Last one,,only making 8$ and all that was expected from you was sooo wrong! Where are the plastic injection molding companies? I love that work. Have done it for over 30 years. I enjoy commuting. How can I get companies to hire me so I can commute?

Danger

I cannot believe the operation process you have requiring employees to put their hand under a guard that clearly says keep hands away! When brought to the supervisors attention, his response was it has to be done just use common sense. If this is any indication of how you run your business, I feel bad for your customers.

How can I stay motivated in a negative work environment?

This is a new job and I’m doing more than my fair share of the work but my other co-workers spend their day chatting, gossiping, and walking around the office. Management is aware but doesn’t want to take on the ‘bad boss’ role. I like the work but the workplace is bringing me down.
