Right now that's why I'm looking for a job is because they got new management in and they just don't care like the old managers that I've had

The product that I merchandise is about like cutting a two-by-four to size if you cut it wrong it's not a big deal either put it in the right place or you grab something else and cut it again mistakes are easily repaired

When you enjoy your job of merchandising you don't have any bad days but when you get new merchandisers and and they don't merchandise it's the same way you do makes your job just a little bit more stressful to they catch on

Am I good people person and communicator the one we dissolve the problem before become too bad
