the manager at the time.. his bestfriend got killed and he was taking his anger out on everybody. I pulled him to the side and told him i didnt like the way he was treating everyone and that i didnt like being treated like a dog. And he got mad and told me if i didnt like it then i could quit then he said a matter of fact im fired

The best reason to work at #Whataburger is

When i got to work knowing im a new employee, everyone helps me out, and make me feel apart of the whataburger family. I love working there and the foods is great! I dont plan on leaving any time soon.

A time I was disappointed at #Whataburger

There was this manager who was very sloppy. She served the food that was rotten and didn't care how the orders were made. When I mentioned it to her she punished me with my hours and giving me dirty jobs to do. Once this manager was transferred it went down hill. Regular customers were complaining and the district manager did nothing about it because they were friends. You didn't dare say anything to any one there or your hours were cut or you were not on the schedule at all for a week. Every time the manager told me to do the cooking and orders her way I just said alright but I followed the procedure for the company. I look at it this way if I am not going to eat it or sit in the lobby I don't expect the customers to eat the food or sit in the lobby. I want the best for my customers.
