Customers are always right, i make sure i am pleasant to the customers always so i do not really have issue with customers. For my co-work, i try to express my point and she understand my point.

I got regular training, i gain more skills, i had good relationship with both my co-workers and client, i had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the company.
